1.Basically in his current job he handles the tickets that L1 routes to them, direct communication with client’s teams and liaise closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues. He is using different communication channels, such as e-mail, phone and other support management application. Also maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
2. He is expert in Networking, troubleshooting of software and hardware, IT supporting and etc.
3. In his previous job in XXX, he is a network engineer. He plan, develop and implement computer network and system services and troubleshoot problems related to them. They generally work as part of an IT team, where they test and document computer network behaviour, performance and security to ensure optimal performance, also ensure network firewalls and security are up to date.
