They used to verify each and every detail of the customer, like personal details, the plan details, and everything else, and when the customer said "Yes," all the details were correct. Then they proceed with the plan, or else if there is some minor mistake or something is wrong, then they complain about it, and they update it from their end, and afterward, the issue is resolved.
