He is currently assisting an enterprise client. So his job scope will be focused on the server. Usually, he will receive inbound or outbound calls from customers related to power issues on servers under XXX So when customers call, they will troubleshoot first and then they try to isolate if it is a hardware or software problem. If hardware, then they will proceed with the dispatch in case their customer has multiple issues. Then they will proceed to the next level, and then they will discuss the next action plan for the hardware. If related to software, they will check with customers because sometimes customers purchase hardware with XXX but OR license with another vendor. So if there is no XXX product, then customers need to refer back to XXX. But if under a XXX order number, then they will raise a ticket to the software team to get advice for the customer's situation.

2. He is an expert in hardware, troubleshooting, and communication.

3. He has 7 years of experience in call centers, 5 years at hardware level, and then 2 years of software support. He is a full helpdesk support experienced.
