So they are working as a team for pro support and the warranty department for every customer having issues. He's also assisting for level one and for every technical issue experienced by a customer that is related to the hardware or the software of their product. They are the ones who also assign the parts to the outside technician. So for example, like failure on the blue screen, processor issue, etc.
