2. He is an expert in SOC, helpdesk, managing projects, etc.
His job is in the security operations center. So they are monitoring the logs and the overall networks on single platforms with the same solution. So then, if they find any incident or any suspicious activity, they will escalate it to their senior teams and inform the customer.
