She joined XXX partner for almost 2 years now and work there as a Software testing engineer. In her work, she directly communicates with the directors and the vendors which is her daily tasks. She also discusses about the issues they found in the software’s and mostly use the manual and automation testing. She uses Jira most of her work and Selenium for the automation testing and use java as a programming language.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
In manual testing, she performs various kinds of testing such as functional and do that in the applications and mobile. While in automation testing, she uses selenium and work it with java. She prepared the test cases, sort, and cover all possibility of failure. She rates herself for her skills in manual testing as 4.5 out of 5 and automation as 4 out of 5.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
With 2 years of experience in Software testing. She has some experience in SQL and Python, but she is not using it now because in her work, they only use Java as a programming language. She also added that if she will be given a chance, she can learn immediately python since she learns it before. With experience in writing test cases and test plans because she does it every day. Use selenium in her current job and she is also good at it, she also uses JMeter for performance testing as well.
