1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has worked in the satellite industry for over 20 years in various capacities, including Teleport, Operation Team, Sales Engineer, and Telecommunication Engineer. Currently working as a Senior Communication Engineer responsible for client inquiries such as interference troubleshooting on various satellites, customer support, and maintaining the quality of service of the customer.
Previously, he worked as an Assistant Network Operation Engineer, where he was in charge of the Network Operation Center, technical assistance, operation and maintenance, and IP network routing.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His strongest expertise is troubleshooting and providing Level 3 support to customer, which he rates himself 4.5 out of 5. He was a CCNA certified network engineer with a master's degree in information engineering who had previously worked in on-site installation, network support, and maintenance to train his team. He came from a customer-facing role in which he met with customers face to face to deliver a complete solution and report an interference event.
He has extensive knowledge with Cisco 7507 and Cisco 3600 routers, as well as access list control, IP routing, and Cisco router remote configuration and support for the Cisco 2500 and 3600 series. His successful project included designing the IP Network and satellite system network for a new inquiry, as well as giving technical support to the company such as satellite DVB, SCPC, and IP networking.
