- He has been working in the IT industry for 13 years. He previously worked in development now in education, supports 150 people class room members focused on network, monitoring and managing the firewall and somethings related to IT, before at Japanese based security, there they have 2 IT, need to do the IT process and system, firewall, network, Switch and WIFI all about trading network, and sometime need to do the IT projects such as server upgrade, from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and sometimes also need to manage the company. In the latest project with 15 Chinese people, he is in charge of all the IT support such as daily support of mobile phone, office, server and migrated the stream, server to office.
- He is strongest in server platforms, windows server admin, and office 365. He has 3 years of experience in server support. He has done a project to migrate server to office 365, migrate to the latest technology, it was a very successful. He also has experience in supporting MacOS and iPhone, when the user doesn’t know how to connect email and sometimes can’t open.
