Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She said that she has been in the industry for more than 10 years already. She has worked as a product designer and got promoted into a product manager and have managed a team of 4 designers and help the entire team to launch the product in different countries like Thailand, Vietnam, and Korea etc. She also had her own company which she managed together with his partner but only worked there for 3 years since she wants to work on the product instead on the operations. She have an experience as well working in different county like Singapore which she was a Sr. Product manager/designer and worked on a cross functional team which focuses on the monetization features of the company. She also have an experience working a mobile app, websites and Saas products in her current company.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She said that her stingiest skills is her UI/UX skills because she always approaches the users understand the pain points and use cases.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She have more than 10 years of experience in doing or creating UI/UX and with experience as well in handling a team of designers. She have an experience in Saas and with extensive experience in using Figma, Sketch, as well as the adobe creative suites.
