He has more than 3 years of working experience in the IT industry and had three different jobs but said that it is mostly on the IT support specialist role. He said that in his current role, he do manage the firewalls network systems and AD server. He also said that in their currently client, he needs to manage 200 to 300 users daily in the company and have to handle the level 1 to level 3 support. His task there is to answer the call, answer the WhatsApp ticket and generate ticket and if he cannot resolve those issues remotely, he have to escalate it to the level 2 onsite for troubleshooting then vice versa if it happens as well in level 2.

He has a good communication skill and he can easily adapt as well. He is also willing to learn new technologies that may help him to improve his skills and able to work independently and with a team as well. He is knowledgeable in terms if networking and with experience in WAN, LAN, and VPN and with knowledge as well on different servers and firewalls.
