Additionally, he was tasked with rectifying documentation errors and troubleshooting bugs encountered during integration issues. His job required him to handle inquiries mainly from regions such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, India, and Sri Lanka. These inquiries often involved language-specific instructions on integrating the products into their systems and resolving related issues. Therefore, proficiency in various languages was essential for effective product support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

His strongest skills lies in his communication and troubleshooting wherein they encounter different language and his job was communicate to the people with their language and to help them for troubleshooting the issues and the root of the problem.
