He has more than 1 year of experience working in the IT industry. He is currently working as a systems engineer but join in the company as a NOC engineer. He said that their company is mostly working on the TID and toll fee services. He said that his responsibilities are to monitor the alarms, investigate, and do some troubleshooting to its customer.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he has a solid experience in troubleshooting cisco routers and switches, firewalls which he learned from school and currently do some Huawei configurations in his current company. He also had an experience working on the networking designs, can configure LAN/WAN networks, and have certification for CCNA.
