1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a System Specialist responsible for the support creates tickets if the user has some application program issues, then assign the issues to the vendor. He hasn’t handled projects with his current company however he has been involved in MS Azure and Office 365 projects with his previous company.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in windows support and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has previous experience in O365 where he has done Exchange migration to O365 and SharePoint where he created some websites for external vendors and uploaded their files. He added he has basic knowledge in Azure backup however he has solid experience in the other backup and recovery tools such as the Sysmatic backup exchange and VMware. He has no prior experience in Windows Patching System / Life cycle and SCCM however he is familiar with SCCP.
