Currently working as a System Specialist focuses on the administration of windows-based servers through their VM server file, O365 support, new OA products, ERP system, and new database server to perform the testing environment. Other tasks include AD to provide a user account and management of Cisco Ironport email gateway administration to release their content email which is utilized case by case of email delivery. s
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in windows-based servers, VPNs, and firewalls, and rates himself 3 out of 5. He has solid experience in O365 from his previous and current company where they deployed Teams, Sharepoint, and OneDrive. He managed the policy permission, license assignment, and user configuration in the O365 as well as caters O365 admin portal to provide daily administration. He added he is familiar with the Azure backup, Azure cloud support, and Azure AD. He can fluently speak English and is a Cantonese native speaker.
