He has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry and currently working as a System Support Engineer in a start-up company responsible for IT Application support, IT operations and manage end-user requests on the ticket management system.
Previously worked as a Technical Analyst responsible providing second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues as well as install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Mac operating system and Microsoft Office 2010 & 2016, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specialized in providing support of any IT related issues, and rates himself 4 out of 5. He said he has solid experience in O365, Sharepoint and Defender providing support to the end-users. He is also knowledgeable in Active Directory for creating users and group policies.
