1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has extensive IT management experience for over 20 years in ERP, security, and software development. He has worked for many MNCs such as XXXX, XXXX etc. He started as an IT Engineer and is currently an Associate IT Director. His work is classified into six categories such as: operation, people management, project management, system implementation, software development and service delivery.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is strongest in Project management and data analysis. He has over 20 years of experience in PM and is most familiar with the Agile and Waterfall methodologies. He has worked with many companies extensively in IT development and management handling up to 40 people and had build up the IT development team from scratch. He has extensive experience in PM and system operation support. In Agile, he is managing people on different development stage
3. Do you have ETL / data engineering experience?
He has done SAP ERP implementation for companies, mostly for manufacturing companies, the projects are the same but different in size. He has extensive experience in full cycle ERP development, implementation, revamp in manufacturing and retail industry.
