1. He's currently with XXX company called XXX. He is a level 2 support engineer and mainly supports the customers' issues. He's supporting mainly their XXX products, and then that software also comes with some hardware and solutions, like if the customer prefers to use their hardware. And then they also sell the appliance. They will support everything in appliances. Before he joined XXX, that was like 10 years ago. He worked as a backup support engineer level three for XXX. But what makes a difference is that he managed service companies like the customer outsourced their IT department, and then they supported them depending on what function you worked on. And in quantum, they are more like technical principals.
2. He is an expert in reading source codes, scripting, SQL, technical solutions, and troubleshooting.
3. He has more to do with storage as a service because their product is mostly storage products and solutions. They also support it in terms of software, depending on the severity of the problem.Sometimes they need to do a deep dive even into the source codes, and they also deal with engineering over the back references and patches.
