1.He started his career as an IT since 2008. When he joined the IT field, his first job was a help desk 1 tier. Later on, he was promoted to desktop support on site to help the user solve issues within the computer or applications. Later on, about 3 months, he was promoted again as a security assistance support. He was in there for 3 years. After that, he jumped to another company called XXX. He worked as IAM. He also took care of the whole data center himself. He is the leader of the data center and he takes care of about 7 data center operators and also takes care of the help desk. After 2-3 years, he go back to Putential because there's a chance he can promote himself to be a permanent or full-time.
2.He is an expert in IAM and IT security, including IT security risk, IT security operation, IT security in government,
3 .in his previous job in XXX the data center responsibility for safety, security, availability, scaling, costs and efficiency for their department. Also responsible for Data center security meaning if there' is any leakage, fire, they are responsible for troubleshooting
4 In his current job, he has experience in data centers. Because of his current team SOC, they are working together with the data center because they are migrating SOC and data center, they want to merge both into one.
