- He is currently working in XXX., as a technical Support Engineer. He is handling Enterprise account and big business levels, to provide 24/7 technical supports. He is also engaged in conducting technical training for their Tier 1 support and enterprise-level accounts.
- He also needs to do some analysis of their customer comments and check their company KPY to find a business strategy. He is strong in People communication because he can easily communicate and understand the customer, describe the issue and understanding the root cause and provide accurate resolution.
- In terms of technical skills, he is strong in troubleshooting Apple devices as he has done this for over 10 years, and he is familiar with Jira and Zendesk as he is using them on his current company.
- But his experience is not only in the Apple environment since in his current company he is supporting different devices and platforms and the most common issues that he is resolving are network related like firewall, proxy, sometimes VPN and integrations.
