He usually supports the issues in terms of their hardware and software issues and some account issues like password changes, creation of new credentials and internet connectivity. He is using Zendesk to support some of their end-users.
- He is also a trainer; he usually trains their new employees from 3 to 6 months to make sure their employee is competent and mastered their process.
