. She supports 8-9 years. So basically, her support job is not really so much for the scripting part, but she can re-script because she's studying computer science. Then, she gets her first job, she is doing 3D application support. So from the first job, she actually required workers on site. and doing the demo at the customer's side. So let's say the customer has any issues. She can either contact support by phone or request a remote session through Team XXX. And then for the demo, normally she'll need to go on site with her sales team. because it's related to 3D applications, so she goes to the 3D company and also some universities, including a local university and a private university, to do the demo and then to sell the product. Basically, the company is like a reseller company. And then her second job is actually more related to the scanning solution application system. For that job, she got involved in some troubleshooting. So it's a different platform, like Windows, and I need to configure it, etc.
2. She is good at analyzing problems, troubleshooting, etc.
3. For her current job, she is helping with their request to help with the installation, and then she needs to remote into the machine to do the installation. Also for L2 support, she monitors the system, and if the server is not connected or there is no response, she needs to remote into that.
4. For VMware, she is using WebEx to support customers, and then she basically supports customers for some India customers and then also some XXX customers.
