He just leave in his previous employer which he worked there as a technical support. His role is to support the local HK staffs as well as the overseas staffs if they have some inquiries and sometimes, he also ned to support the new staff to create the ID and 365 accounts. He also needs to assist the IT team for using the teams as well as the zoom platforms. He also needs to support the networking bills and procurement etc. he also worked for different company for 4 months and support the English teachers and assisting the IT staff for handling the inquiries and sometimes needs to handle and manage the IT equipment. He also have an experience with the IT vendors.

He said that his strongest skill is doing the PC migration and have several experiences in that and have an experience in assisting projects related to it and setting up new pc’s.
