He said that he have more than 14 years of overall work experience in the IT industry and currently working in XXX Group as a technical support specialist and responsible for the administration of the different windows server and do support and manage the MS 365 platforms and providing a level 2 support. He said that most of his job is related to IT support and focusing on the MS platforms, VMWares, and windows server. He also has a knowledge in terms of troubleshooting and firewall administration.
