- He is currently working in XXX as Technical Support. His experience is more on server-side support rather than network side. He handles Windows servers, Windows VM Development such as VMWare, Exchange servers on-premises.
- His daily routine is to make sure that the VMWare and backup are working properly. If there’s some issue with the service engine, he will fix it. He also needs to make sure that the server phone is working properly, and he is also involved in new server deployment and set-up.
- He is also involved in server patching, uses VEEAM as their backup software. He does manage the Active directory, for group policy, setting up AD, and use if for user account management.
- He does the DNS server setup, and he needs to manage the engine desktop central. He also needs to provide user support and IT solution for other departments.
