Currently working as Technology Analysts overseeing all the infrastructure for the APAC offices including HK, China region, and Poland. His daily task involves firewall, VMware, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, DNS, and DHCP, on-site end-user support operations will be reported to him. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He is strongest in communication with any department with his previous company where he handled retail IT operations with different brands, departments, and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has strong expertise in O365, VMware, MS Servers, SharePoint, MS Teams, and SCCM. He has solid experience in Office 365 Windows 10 migration and Office 365 support and administration, Server migration to 2019, Network ISP change, Wintel server configuration, and operation support such as AD, DHCP, DNS, etc. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory. He also communicate with the external vendor for a Microsoft SharePoint migration project. VMware configuration and operation ensure the network accessibility and stability, monitor all the traffic, VPN setup, and operation. His SCCM experience involved software deployment user list, installation, and deployment plan. After the deployment, he will generate a report to check which device was not successfully installed. He added he has basic knowledge of Azure backup.
