After graduating, joined XXXX as a trainee then was promoted to Senior Consultant later on. She did lots of projects here and did some Project Manager/Business Analyst works there as well. Then, she is currently working with XXXX where she is the transformation delivery lead which is similar to a project manager role but is more focused on the technical side. She oversees the whole delivery, scope, timeline, and everything about the projects they are handling. She is now focusing on cloud migration projects; migrate premises to cloud.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill in the technical domain, she’s proficient with cloud migration related projects. For project management wise, she is good with ensuring that they can meet every target; she also sees herself as a very detail-oriented person.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 5+ years of experience in doing IT management/leadership. Has extensive service delivery experience working on the IT consultancy especially during her time in XXXX. Has certifications in PSM I and is also a Microsoft Certified for Azure Administrator Associate. She currently doesn’t have much experience in the e-commerce/salesforce commerce cloud yet but is willing to learn more about it.
