Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a freelancer and did not do fulltime job since December last year. He said that last year, before it ends he have worked in an American company for more than 5 years and he was a design lead and responsible on the UI/UX design. He was also responsible in coaching or guiding the team for UI/UX designers which consist of 6 members and do some client projects. Some of the project they did was related to the banking, insurance, and utility companies and some of the small start-ups. In his previous jobs he have worked as a UI/UX designer and have an experience being manager as well for more than 13 years.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he also have a front-end development experience but can say that he have strongest skills in doing the UI/UX design.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He have UI/UX experience for more than 15 years now. He also have an experience in using different designing tools such as the Figma, Zeplin, and adobe creative suites for more than 15 years now. He have a project management experience, B2B, and have an experience in doing and creating responsive design. He is also good and have an extensive experience in doing wireframes, mock-ups, as well as the prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
