1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He just changed his career into a UI/UX designer last year and wants to focus more on that as his career path and therefore, that is one of the reason why he left his company because he changes his role from UI/UX designer to project assistant. He have helped them for handling project and quit in his previous company.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He said that he is good in identify the problem and good in problem solving as well. He can analyse those problems and provide solutions for that. He also said that he is good in using figma as a designing tool which he uses that for making the prototypes as well as the animations.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He have more than 1 year of experience in UI/UX and with more than 1 year of experience in using figma. Have some knowledge and less than a year in using XD and with 4 to 5 months of experience in doing project management.
