Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her previous job was in XXX channel where they have a 30,000 of followers in facebook and want to launch and educational mobile app for the kindergarden parents and she was the only designer that coordinates all the design process and was responsible for the deliverables and communication between teams. Last september, they launched the applications for 4 kindergarten schools and use it for the parents to guide them about the methodology and parenting. She also worked in different industries like fintech which provides financial services for hk and china. She also handles the client and customers side systems and did revamp projects to improve the experience for its portal.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She is strong is doing the UX research and good in communicating and coordinating with the other members of the team. She also said that since she is the only designer, she mostly handling the hands-on work related to designing the system or applications.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She have more than 4 years in doing UI/UX design and said that she is focusing on the UX. She have an extensive experience in using figma, XD, as well as the illustrator for graphic design whish she have 3 to 4 years of experience for those designing tools. She also have 1 year of experience in project management and have an experience in doing prototypes, mock-ups, as well as the wireframes for both mobile and web applications. She also said that she have B2B and B2C experience based on her previous jobs or work experiences.
