Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After his graduation, he took online courses which is related to design as well and have a certificate for google UX design for him to gain a more UX related knowledge. During his college time, he is also working as a part-time designer and that company do some rebranding and businesses like veterinary clinics in Hong Kong. They have a team which consist of 4 people of designers and do the rebranding. His duty is to interview different stakeholders or clients in the community. In his internship he also do the user research and interview some group o old people in Hong Kong and help them to keep or preserve their culture. Currently, he is working as a UI/UX designer and task to do the prototypes as well as the wireframes, he is also the only one designer so he is the one who coordinates with the project manager as well as the development team.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is good in doing the UI/UX design but he said that he is strong in doing the user search part since you really need to know what are the needs and perspective of every user.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He have 1 and a half years of solid experience in UI/UX but he have more than 3 years of experience working as a freelance designer as well. He have 2 to 3 months of experience in using XD while he have 1 and a half year of experience using Figma until now.
