She is quite good in problem solving for the design and other aspects as well. She wants to make the complex thing innovative and easier to use. She is also fascinated by the technology because after she quits in the XXX , she stayed in the XXX APP because the technology there is about the AI and IOT which for her is quite interesting. She is also familiar on how the ESG works with the IOT and AI as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She is quite familiar with different skills. She is mainly doing the research herself in her current job. In her previous job, she also leads the design progress and to help on the overall business exposure. She said that as a design advocate in their company she does a lot o wireframing and prototyping and conduct workshops as well in the clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth coordination.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She have the ability to do wireframes as well as the prototypes and mock-ups. With experience in figma or around 3 years and rates her skills or that as 5 out of 5. She also have an experience in using Zeplin as well as the sketch and rates her skills or both 4 out of 5 and with 1 to 2 years of experience for both. Does have a project management for 2 years and experience and managing the interns and giving them tasks. With experience in designing both mobile and web applications.
