1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She was major in Business Economics, but always had a passion for art and design. Pursuing an Art and Design graduate diploma course in the United Kingdom was one of the best decisions she have made, as it helped me realize my real passion. Although finding a job in the design field was initially challenging, my interest for design led her to explore and join a UX/UI bootcamp at XXX to delve deeper into this field. She has worked on 3 real client projects, I have actively participated in conducting user research, ideating solutions, and designing interactive prototypes. She've learned to utilize user-centered principles in my designs and deliver mindful and aesthetically pleasing UX solutions.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  
   She believes that her strongest skills are her ability to empathize with users and have a good sense of visual aesthetics. In terms of user empathy, she is a strong believer in conducting thorough user research and understanding the user's needs, desires, and behaviors. By putting herself in the shoes of the user by creating empathy Map persona to understand user needs goals which can help with the design later on. In terms of having a good sense of visual aesthetics, the art and design course involves a lot of observations and research and she is able to enhance her perception of aesthetics. She loves drawing and are sensitive to colours. She believes these two abilities are essential on being a UX UI designer because it is important to create a product that should not only look good but user friendly as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She have 4 months of experience in UI/UX design and wants to start her career in this field. She have a pm experience which is related in performing the design process and knows how to use figma as well and do wireframe, mock-up and rapid prototype.
