Has been working in the graphic designing industry for about 10 years. Currently working with XXXX as a UX Manager where she manages the client, attend meetings with clients, and discuss about their business analysis for them to design a system. Before that, she was a Senior Web Designer for XXXX. She mostly uses Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, XD, and also will use Figma. For documentations, she uses Microsoft tools. Also has experience with HTML and CSS in building websites.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be graphic designing since she’s been doing it for a very long time. She is also proficient with web designing and UI/UX design.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX Designing. Good with both Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, has tried Sketch and Zeplin a bit. Has knowledge as well with project management and design process. Can also do wireframe, mock-up, and rapid prototype for web applications. Also has experience doing B2B during her time in XXX.
