1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s currently a web developer and he’s also involve in social work activities that promotes projects for the community. His goal is to develop systems and applications for almost 200 people in the community who will be using the system for the data entry, work collaboration, and mostly related to the works inside the community. He’s basically a C# Developer and he has many years of experience when it comes to it, more than 7 years to be specific. Before in his internship, he started as a developer and since then he also learns different programming languages. For 3 years, he’s into coding and development. He works in a Company in Cambodia for true money and his responsibilities are to manage the allocated wallet project as the owner of the digital product. He also helps in assisting the product team and maintaining a close eye on both internal and external projects through an agile project management cycle to ensure successful and timely rollout. Do cross-functional departments working together to meet the company's XXX and its goals.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that his strong skills are with regards to programming because he’s more experiences and wants to focus more on that. He is skilled using the tools for API, Mobile app, Database, Designing Software, and good in using Visual Studio Code. He is skilled when it comes to C# development and have an enough knowledge in terms of another tech stack tools like Asp.Net, Core, and Web API.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He is good in C# Development with quite banking experience
