- Currently he is working in XXX, as I.T Manager. He is helping the company for their internal infrastructure and application team. They have 10 remote sites in Southeast Asia. He is also engaging in handling their IT Support team and they are supporting 400 users in Southeast Asia.
- His main duty in IT Support team is to help them with regards to technical server pool. They are also using virtualization environment so; he needs to make sure that they back up environment is healthy. He is also taking charge for their application project which is implementation of ERP. This is project is upgrading their old ERP system to a brand new one.
- He maintains the Group’s network systems and IT security and set the Group IT strategy and vision that can assist the business to move ahead and gain competitive edge in the marketplace.
- He partly does the KPI, he normally discusses it with his supervisor. He plans the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization. In terms of IT Budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), and vendor management, he is also involved on this matter.
