She is an IT Manager and has been working in Digital Transformation unit and is a unit within the IT department and they work on different projects, and she worked on the early stages of the solutioning, and they prepare the business case and present it to the business members. They also work with vendors and helps in onboarding them, and she also helps in monthly reporting to the executive members.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She currently does not do programming and she is more on understanding the infrastructure of the company and applications and the cloud servers and she understands how the application run and how it can interact and how to build an application. She can also oversee different projects and can easily reach out to different parties and understand what the client is expecting for in the project. She also has a strong communication skill and has quick way of thinking and has a strong desire to resolves issues and how they can improve their process.
3. She also works with Developers, Database Admins, Infra Admins and most of her projects are IT, like cloud migration and work with the existing servers in the cloud and they help in revamping it and making sure that it is up to date, and she also works on security project, and she is currently working with her current company for 4 years and her background is more on technical. She also worked as a developer and on web applications and she switched into working in more as a manager and overseeing a lot of aspects on one application and helps in gathering requirements and providing solutions. |
