She is a Psychology graduate she spoke 3 languages and she previously ended her internship with a company and was involved for the digital transformation and they do the capability livestream, and she was able to build a survey to she also did data analysis to report to the employees to find out what training they need the most.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has a strong multi-lingual person and can communicate fluently in Mandarin and English and can speak professionally in Malay as well and she is also determined, and she really investigate things and make sure that they are all organized.
- She also made a video guidebook that shows them how to use and what is for which is for chain management which is a client facing role. She also did a consulting role with her first internship, and she basically work with the client with the pay and arranging meetings for them so they can interview them and find out what they do on the daily basis.
4. In consulting she has a brushed up her MS Office skills and she also has been improving on her presentation skills and has been really proactive and has been more hands on it. |
