He has a total of 11 years’ experience in IT industry. He started his career with the java technology and at the same time migrating the dotnet projects to jrules projects. So, he started migrating those jrules. He is currently working in integrated indelibility project which was a US government project for a global solutions. He has around 8 years of experience in IBM/ODM rules, he has done communicating with the onshore/offshore in his previous projects. He do knows about ODM rules, to get the requirements. Implement ion and practices. He got also involved in other teams communicating with them to get the requirements.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest skills?
He considered his strongest skills are in Java and IBM/ODM specifically. Because he started working in java technology so he does know how java works and best practices like how to design best software while implementing and development. For the ODM, he had implemented many projects from his previous companies with the IBM/ODM rules. And so with his experience and knowledge, he could use it and say that he is expert in this field.
- In the next 5 years, how do you see yourself in the company?
He can see himself becoming more expert and knowledgeable in ODM rules and java technology. He will contribute his experiences and knowledge to the company and applied in projects. He see himself as putting more efforts in IBM/ODM rules while working with the different teams. And also learning other technologies like python, springboot.
