He started his career in Hyderabad in India as a software developer for 3 years and after that he move to another company and work also with the same position in his previous company for only 6mos and after that he decided to work in Dubai as a software developer for 2 years and become a senior software developer in XXXX for 3 years and he is currently working as a ECM/BPM with the same company for 3 years now. He handles tasks like discuss and understanding requirements even also designing the solution by using IBM and BPM.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest skills?
He has expertise in domain, mri properties, malls finance solution designing and developing applications with IBM case manager, he also has expertise in third party applications which he still using like salesforce, sharepoint, oracle. He has good expertise when it comes to integration point of view. He has development team also in India that can do L1 and L2 support for the solution in issues.

He can contribute more efficient with the role will be given to him in the company. He can make it more efficient the task, he can work in a more effective way that will optimizes the process more efficient, automate the process in a meaningful way and develop solutions in such a way that for the end-user would not risk any gap or bridges.
