1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been working as a salesperson for the past six years and started her career in operation. Previously, she was with XXXX as a Channel Account Manager where she managed a set of IP implemented companies, mostly partners that wants to implement or resell XXXX in a designated market; her main market is Indonesia, but she also managed other areas such as New Zealand, Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Fiji. She helped new partners to start selling, build relationship, identify their needs, and pass on qualifying leads to her partner. She was previously with XXXX in Indonesia as a Customer Retention Telesales Manager where she spearheaded 150 telesales agents and team leaders in achieving cash loan sales targets in the customer retention department. She also was a Key Account Manager for XXXX which is a SaaS recruitment tech company where she retained existing customers and acquired new customers to implement the software tool from end-to-end.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she has been into different countries and companies already; she is also good with client-facing roles and has experienced being a Channel Manager, Customer Retention Manager, and Key Account Manager as well so she’s well-versed in growing accounts. In terms of the industry, she has been mostly in the IT industry for the past few years.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 6 years of experience now in the customer or client-facing side, has experience doing them in both Hong Kong and Indonesia. Also has great experience with the SaaS space since her most recent role and company is a SaaS provider itself, also handled the deployment and implementation of SaaS recruitment tech platform for her previous company. She has been into IT, finance industry and would be willing to try energy/utility if the job role fits her skills.
