1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a local Indonesian and he is currently working at XXX as Unreal developer and following US time zone. He said that in the beginning of his shift, he already have his own task as per daily basis and then they work based on his own SOW. He said that he is currently working on a golf mechanic for their game which is a mix of programming work and work inside the unreal tools. He started his game development career at XXX . He mentioned that his first tech job started at 2011 as a technical project manager and worked in XXX Digital company in HQ in Singapore, but also have a branch office in India and Indonesia but most of the time they are working remotely using management tools like Trello and Figma for sharing designs and communicate mainly via Skype. He also worked on XXX Capital Management company where the company is focusing on training human resources and he worked there as a Journey Management & Result Measurement Specialist and had his first job in game industry and work with the two game engines at the same time which are the Unity and Unreal engines and in terms of programming skills, he has a broad experience working with C# and C++.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He said that he has a solid experience as a game developer for 1 and half years now but for a familiarity with the game development engines, he has more than 3 years now. He is good when it comes to using C# for unity and rates his skills 4 out of 5 while 4.5 out of 5 for Unreal and C++. He also said that he is okay working following the Dubai time zone instead of US.
