1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He’s been working for over 10 years in the largest garment factory in Asia responsible for strengthening the firewall security of offices globally, upgrading the software and hardware, leading the project in ERP implementation, introducing the RFID solutions, for real-time updates because the company was manually doing their reports. He displayed a graphical view to know if his peers were behind the target goal, and also handles ERP and e-commerce projects.
Started his own IT consultancy where he work closely with cross functional team in requirement analysis, solution design and fulfilment, provides CapEx, OpEx and RPF’s in relation to IT spending. Consult on IT Compliance and Security requirements of 3rd party contracts.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in the IT application side such as implementing ERP systems for the users, and rates himself 5 out of 5. He is a PMP, Scrum Master & Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Professional. His project management skills include calls in the morning to discuss the plan for today and what they did not achieve last week and provide solutions. Use JIRA to monitor the updates and asked his team to upload their work status so that everybody will be on one page. Create his own reports for the weekly and monthly meetings for the stakeholders and the management.
He has solid experience in IT Disaster Recovery we he moved the huge data of his previous company to the cloud and established IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
He is knowledgeable in IT Infrastructure involving Servers and Networks executing system administration of business applications like ERP, Document Management Systems, MS Azure, and Office 365, managing and supervising Networking with a Firewall browser, a Domain administrator, and a SQL server.
