Currently working as a NOC Service Engineer responsible for providing customer support to all service provider by X and also handling the internal network, backbone link, customer link in APAC region, India, America and Latin America. Drive incident and maintenance communication to customers and internal stakeholders, drive incidents to resolution, document, follow up and keep track on full resolution. Perform provisioning and turn up activity of Internet, interexchange, metro connect and cloud services.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in routing, switching, DWDM, OTN layer 1 and layer 2, and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has hands-on experience in DWDM network in different equipment such as BTI, Nokia, Alcatel, Juniper, Ciena work on multiple OMS, CLI mode, graphic interface, command line interface, testing for layer 1 and layer 2.
He has no experience in an onsite fiber optic installation however he has solid experience in installing the router, switches and provided a level 2 support.
