1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has around 7 years of experience in Network and Security industry. Currently working as a Senior Network Consultant responsible for implementing, supporting, troubleshooting and providing services to all the ISP partner in APG regions. Also responsible for network infrastructure management, including troubleshooting complicated ISP network issues, managing strategic network optimization, and developing and maintaining resilient processes to offer appropriate and timely customer resolution.
Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Service Delivery DTAC Engineer for X responsible for supporting X customers around the world by adhering to X standards and providing installation and troubleshooting support for field technicians, customer technicians, and project managers to ensure on-time delivery.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is a CCNA and CCNP certified specialized in networking routing and switching. Rates 4 out of 5 for routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, and switching protocols such as STP, ether channel, and FHRP. She rates herself 3 out of 5 in terms of firewall Citrix load balancer skills. She has worked both on-site and remotely, collaborating with the customer NOC on-site to ensure a successful network migration after performing necessary setups and testing applications, as well as migrating the customer's LAN to the new X network.
She has extensive experience in service delivery, implementation, and assessment on a variety of Cisco and non-Cisco routers, wireless and OOB modems, Juniper routers, and client configuration while adhering to all technical requirements. She came from a customer-facing position where she provided Level 3 support to multinational ISPs such as OBS, BT, Colt, and AT&T, as well as suppliers such as Cisco and Arista TAC for faster resolutions of WAN and MAN connection and device issues.
