Started his career 13 years ago and mostly engaged in MS Exchange v3 to v7. Since 2011 he’s job role focused on managing the environment of O365, Active Directory, networking associated with MS Exchange. Previously worked as a Senior Information’s Engineer focused on architect, design & Implement Office 365 Exchange Online. Designed and Implement AAD Connect for directory synchronization. EXO mail flow, message trace, accepted domains, remote domains.
Currently working as Subject Matter Expert responsible for optimizing the vendor pricing by doing the best engagement, and saving million dollars for the organization. Also responsible for planning, assessment, validating the best tool for the migration, conduct regular cadence to ensure the gaps are filled, and to help overcome the bottlenecks encountered during the migration.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is most specialized in MS Exchange, anything related to MS Exchange is his core competencies, rates himself 4 out of 5. Hi successful project was planning, assessment, environment discovery, segregating the dependencies, license procurement, tools procurement, configuring the Microsoft Exchange 2019 environment, Skype for Business to MS Teams migration.
His successful project with O365 include, mailbox migration to Office 365 from Exchange on premise, setup Hybrid Configuration Wizard in exchange 2016 with Office 365 to Exchange Online as well as Office 365 Subscription, Licensing, Certificate Requirement management. He previously supported roughly 1M end-users mailbox with his overall employment history.
