Currently working with X as a NOC Team Head responsible for the project 400G DWDM OTN for the operation, maintenance and project implementation with expertise in Transmission and capacity management.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His expertise is in DWDM network where he was able to support level -3 in DWDM OTN equipment related faults, trouble shooting, migrations and to configure new links. Strong in root cause analysis of different critical network faults and take preventive actions to arrest repetition faults.
He has hands-on experience in installation, commissioning and integration of Fiberhome DWDM OTN equipment. Performing DWDM analysis by using analyzers along with BERT testing, RFC testing. He also has excellent knowledge transmission technology standards (DWDM, OTN, ROADM) Fiber optic transmission knowledge and Fault management. He has also hands on experience on NMS/EMS installation testing knowledge of OTN Technology used on WDM, protection switching technique ASON/WSON in WDM.
