Have 8 years’ experience including 2 years in Shanghai China worked with different technology such as mgm, office 365 backup and restoration, disaster recovery, IT support and System Administration. Previously worked with XXX in China his role focused on providing support to the Microsoft customers all over the globe as well as provide technical support on Azure Kubernetes Service troubleshooting issue on Microsoft Azure Platform.
Previously worked with XXX Business Consulting (Shanghai) as System Administrator his role focused on providing remote technical and end user support, managing onboarding process, part of backup and infrastructure team. Has install and troubleshoot different kind of operating systems application such as VMware, MS teams, Outlook, bitlocker etc.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is most specialized in IT support rated himself 4 out of 5. His successful project in IT support was installing hardware and software, office 365, outlook, helpdesk, MS Azure as well as worked on windows server 2012 and 2019.
Has experience in office 365 and would consider his successful project upgrading old infrastructure of office 2013 to office 365, used to manage the troubleshooting and licensing part. Has previously supported more than 4K users globally and part of the global team he provide support.
