He has a strong communication skill and he makes sure that he understands the customer needs and he also have a background in Sales and he is customer centric and that helped him to get to know the customers and cross-sells their products. He also has a background in Customer Service.
4. He also handled the Sales team and he used to handle of 40-50 people and he worked as the head of Customer Service and he was handling the life insurance and he has 26 people directly reporting to him and he has worked for Fintech and work with vendors and sell it to the market. |
