He is a data analyst candidate with about 3+ years of experience now in project management, data analysis, report dashboarding, and visualization as well. After his graduation, he joined XXXX as a Technical Support Engineer for OnePlus process, also assisted clients with advanced troubleshooting, problem resolution, and best practices for breakfix scenarios. His second company would be XXXX where he again served as a Technical Support Engineer, worked there with outage issues and help escalate the issue to the concerned teams. His last role was with XXXX as a Technical Analyst where he was responsible for tracking, estimation, and interpret customer data; he was involved there with three projects including BI projects, Analytics CMR development, and a dashboard on data science solid data asset as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the field of data analytics including data modelling, data extraction, and data transformation. He is well-versed with converting a user or data setting to an interactive insight and visuals for the company and stakeholders to refer to. Proficient as well with transforming them to a larger data scale. In terms of the tools he use on a daily basis, he’s excellent with Oracle and PowerBI, as well as MySQL.
