She has a finance/account background and has 10 years and has done back office and has handled stock market and does the payments and work with different departments and she has moved to Dubai 2 years ago and she has worked in a bank as a Back-Office team member and she also coordinates with the customers and fix the cash flow and monitor them.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She can work under pressure and she is calm in handling different situation and she is also very organized in handling all the tasks. She also has negotiation communication skills and she has also skilled in handling complex situation.
- She also worked with the Customer Relations Manager and she help them with their mortgage and also handles the customer complaints and she work with them and does all the management.
She has used different CRM platforms and she is updating all the client information and they have their own CRM platforms and she coordinates and updates it in the system and she updates all the comments and reports there so the management can review for the case. |
